  1. What's the best way to clean my OSL BlenderBottle®?

    All components of your OSL BlenderBottle® shaker are top-rack dishwasher safe. The BlenderBall® wire whisk should be placed in the silverware bin. Alternately, bottles may be washed by hand in warm soapy water.

  2. How do I properly store my OSL BlenderBottle®?

    We recommend storing it in a cupboard, as you would any other cup, while keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed to allow it to fully dry.

  3. How can I keep my OSL BlenderBottle® shaker from smelling?

    To prevent your OSL BlenderBottle® shaker cup from smelling, avoid storing liquids for too long and rinse or wash your bottle between uses.

  4. What can I do if my OSL BlenderBottle® shaker smells?

    For stubborn odors, fill your bottle almost to the top with warm water and add a few teaspoons of bleach. Let it sit overnight before rinsing thoroughly. Alternatively, fill the bottle with a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and let it sit overnight with the flip cap open

  5. Is my OSL BlenderBottle® microwave safe?

    While the plastics used in this OSL BlenderBottle® are BPA and Phthalate-free, microwaving is not recommended. The leak-proof seal can allow pressure to build up inside the bottle when heating, causing the lids or flip caps to open unexpectedly and spray contents. Never microwave the OSL BlenderBottle® with the BlenderBall® inside.

  6. Can I freeze my OSL BlenderBottle®?

    We do not recommend freezing your OSL BlenderBottle® shaker. Like most plastic bottles, it may become brittle and more susceptible to cracking or breaking when frozen. If you decide to freeze the contents, please make sure to leave room at the top, as well as the flip cap open, for the contents to expand.

  7. Can I use my OSL BlenderBottle® to mix hot liquids?

    We don’t recommend that. Hot or warm liquids may build up pressure within the bottle and cause the flip cap to open unexpectedly and spray contents.
