Back in March, we flew Jason ‘Broku’ Lowe out to California to train legs with the Golden Eagle himself, OSL Ambassador Tom Platz. Broku is about to compete at the 2019 Mr. Olympia in Classic Physique. This leg session’s main purpose was to set the tone for his Olympia prep. What ensued was a life-changing workout for Jason, where he found out that Tom Platz doesn’t train legs. He destroys them.
