Stacking and Dosage

STACKING

The entire Old School Labs product line is designed to be stacked together, & perform optimally when done so properly! We encourage you to take advantage of our open-label policy (we list every ingredient & its quantity) and consult with your physician about any specific concerns.

Vintage Buildā„¢ & Vintage Blastā„¢

Take them together to combine their advantages of incredible workouts and great recovery!

How to Take Them (Dosage)

  • Vintage Buildā„¢: 2 x 1 scoop per day (can work up to 2 x 2 scoops for accustomed athletes)
  • Vintage Blastā„¢: 1 scoop per day on training days (accustomed athletes can take 2 before competitive events)

When to Take Them (Timing)

  • Off Days: Take one scoop of Vintage Buildā„¢ first thing in the morning and another in the afternoon.
  • Workout Days: Take one scoop of Vintage Buildā„¢ first thing in the morning, one scoop of Vintage Blastā„¢ 15 to 30* minutes before your workout, and a scoop of Vintage Buildā„¢ post workout (by itself, or mixed into your post-workout protein shake).

*The 15 to 30-minute range depends on whether youā€™re taking Vintage Burnā„¢ and Vintage Blastā„¢ on an empty stomach. If you are, then taking it 15 minutes before your workout would be best. Otherwise, if you had a meal within the last 2 hours, 30 minutes before your workout would be best.

DOSAGE

Vintage Baseā„¢

You can add it to any 2 meals you are consuming during the day (2 capsules each time). Most people like to take them during breakfast and lunch, since those are typically the largest two meals of the day.

Vintage Base helps with digesting your meals and getting the most out of their vitamins and minerals. You can also take it with your shakes or other pills for convenience.

Vintage Boostā„¢

The dosage and timing will vary from week to week because you take it following a wave protocol.

Hereā€™s a recap of the wave directions on the bottle:

  • Week 1 (Activation Wave): Take 3 capsules once a day with dinner.
  • Weeks 2 & 3 (Loading Wave): Take 3 capsules twice a day with breakfast and lunch.
  • Week 4 (Balancing Wave): Take 3 capsules once a day with breakfast.

Try not to miss any servings to get the most out of Boost, but if you do, simply make up for it at the next serving and take both servings at that time.

Vintage Brightā„¢

Take 1 capsule twice a day before or with meals. For concentrated focus and mental acuity, take 2 capsules 15-30 minutes before activity. Avoid taking before bedtime and do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Vintage Blissā„¢

Assess your tolerance with 2 capsules 30 minutes before going to bed. Regular serving is 4 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. Allow for at least 6 hours sleep after consumption. Take 1 week off after 60 days of continuous use.

Vintage Bendā„¢

Take 2 capsules twice a day before or with meals. For best results, use for at least 3 months to help establish good nutrient levels in the body.

Vintage Burstā„¢

Take 2 capsules twice a day before or with meals. For concentrated energy, take 4 capsules 15-30 minutes before activity. Avoid taking before bedtime and do not exceed 8 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Vintage Bloomā„¢

Mix one scoop with at least 8 oz. of water or juice, or add to your favorite shake or smoothie. For best results, use for at least 3 months to help establish good nutrient levels in the body.

Vintage Balanceā„¢

Take 3 soft-gels per day with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For best results, use for at least 3 months to help establish good nutrient levels in the body.
