  1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    You can change your shipping address only if your order is still being processed.
    To check, you need to log in to your account and go to Recent Orders. If the order status says Processing, you can change the address by pressing “change” under Shipping To.

  2. How do I redeem my student/military discount?

    You need to head to the respective page and follow the on-page instructions.
    Click on the following links to head there now: Military Discount, Student Discount.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    We recently added a limited selection of our products on the Amazon UK store for our customers in Great Britain.

    We have received a lot of interest from other international customers passionate about our products and our brand. We absolutely appreciate and value your business and are in the process of setting up additional international sales options.

    Please make sure to sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when international sales become available.

  4. Do I need to sign my package once it arrives?

    Only orders above $1,000 require a signature.

  5. Can I track my order if I check out as a guest?

    Short answer, YES. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

    Moreover, you can manage your order(s) and edit your address and payment information if you create an account.

  6. I received the wrong item(s) or my order is missing an item. What do I do?

    Please contact us immediately. Make sure to include the email address you used for checkout, your full name, and your order number.

    Our customer service representatives will not rest until you get the right product(s) as quickly as possible. They will also guide you through the steps of exchanging or returning the wrong item(s).

  7. Where should I store my supplements?

    You should keep Old School Labs supplements in a cool, dry place, and away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Learn more about good and bad storage areas on our storage help page.

    All supplements should be sealed tight after use, and kept out of reach of children.

  8. Why isn’t my coupon/discount code working?

    All coupon codes we generate have a time limit. Your code may have expired.

    Contact us in these events:
    – You received a coupon code for an on-going campaign that doesn’t work
    – You paid for or received a code from a third party not affiliated with Old School Labs

  9. How can I change my payment method?

    You can change your payment method during your next checkout, or by logging in to your account and pressing “edit” in the Payment Method section.

  10. How long does it take for an item to get back in stock?

    It typically takes a few days for any item to get back in stock.
