Cancel Order

 

To cancel a recent order, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Your Account
  2. Select Recent Orders
  3. If your order’s status says ‘Shipped’, then you can no longer cancel your order
  4. If your order’s status says ‘Processing’, press on Cancel Order
  5. You can still view your canceled order in your Canceled Orders tab
