Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
 

Summary of Position

Work with the marketing team to implement the company’s overall marketing strategies and tactics as well as event-specific plans.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for brainstorming and executing cross-departmental coordination for all e-commerce promotional activities including web campaigns (desktop, mobile and app)
  • Ensure that all content requests integrate with the brand image/personality and marketing strategy
  • Identify opportunities to re-purpose existing marketing assets into other forms of content, updating and modifying them as needed
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure content is on-brand, with a consistent style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search and social promotion
  • Leverage SEO insights to attract prospects and customers to relevant, timely and evidence-based content to help move them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing researchers to increase customer engagement Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing strategy
  • Define and track performance KPI’s for periodical reporting

 

Education, Skill & Experience
  • B.A. or higher in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
  • Full-stack experience with strong understanding of multi-channel platforms (e.g. SEO, PPC, Content Marketing etc.)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaborator
  • Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, copywriting, content writing
  • Extraordinary writing & punctuation skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Flexible and responsive to short deadlines/quick turnarounds
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, while juggling and meeting multiple deadlines
  • Proven ability to conduct content reviews, interviews, and content audits and inventories
  • A self-starter and a solid team player who owns his or her success metrics
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving company environment
  • Comfortable with Google Suite applications
  • Overall interest in health and fitness (Not Required, but Strong Plus)
